Terms and conditions

Our childcare contracts are subject to the general terms and conditions, and additionals terms of childcare contract:

• General terms and conditions for childcare, day nursery and out-of-school-care 2025 issued by the Branchevereniging Maatschappelijke Kinderopvang (click here for English).

and in addition:

• Additional terms of childcare contracts with Kinderopvang Morgen
  apply to all products and/or services provided by Kinderopvang Morgen or any of its brands, with the exception of pre-school childcare (‘peuteropvang’ or ‘peuterspeelschool’), Speelstart and Samenspel (click here for English).
• Additional terms of childcare contracts for pre-school childcare (peuteropvang or peuterspeelschool), Speelstart and Samenspel
  apply to all products and services provided by Kinderopvang Morgen or any of its brands, for pre-school childcare (peuteropvang, or peuterspeelschool), Speelstart and Samenspel.

These additional terms apply:

• in addition to the childcare contract entered into with the parents/guardians
• and the General Terms and Conditions for Childcare issued by the Branchevereniging Maatschappelijke Kinderopvang.

In the event of any conflict between the Childcare Contract, the General Terms and Conditions and/or the Additional Terms, the Childcare Contract shall take precedence over the Additional Terms. The Additional Terms shall take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions.
