True Colors Childcare Delft is looking for a pedagogical employee (27 hours) for our daycare for children aged 0-4 years.

We are

We are an international daycare center in Delft and we share our location with the International School Delft. Together, we provide an integrated learning experience for children aged 0 to 12 years.

Our goal is to help children feel at home in the Netherlands—and in the world. We focus on truly getting to know every child so we can tailor activities to their interests, talents, and personalities.

At our daycare center, the children explore the world around them in a way that makes them feel safe: A magical forest where we can relax, read a book on large fluffy cushions, searching for critters in the garden, creating art in the studio, dressing up in costumes, and helping plants grow in the vegetable garden. We value play and discovery as ways to teach both English and Dutch.

We are open-minded toward children, parents, and each other, with respect for everyone’s background and culture. Together, we help children grow into confident, social, and independent global citizens.

We ask

• You hold a pedagogical degree that qualifies you to work in childcare. If you’re unsure whether your diploma is suitable, you can check it here.
• For foreign qualifications, please have them re-evaluated by the IDW or DUO.
• You hold a “Working with Babies” certificate or are willing to obtain it.
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Available for 27 hours per week.
• Excellent proficiency (B2 level) in English, demonstrated by an official certificate or equivalent proof.
• Proficiency in Dutch or willing to achieve 3F/B2 level is a plus.
• You reside in the Netherlands and are allowed to work here

• Salary in accordance with the Dutch childcare collective labour agreement (CAO), scale 6, ranging from €2.641 to €3.630 for a full-time position.
